- Barksdale AFB, Louisiana requires on-site technical training on Polycom VTC equipment. Full description of required courses for training is annotated within the solicitation. This is a brand name or equal solicitation (FAR 52.211-6). The standard Industry Code (SIC) is 8243 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611420 with size standard of $6.5 million. This solicitation is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns, Offerors must identify themselves as being a Small Business. If there is no offer received from a Small Business Concern, then Small Business Set-Aside may be dissolved and the acquisition opened to all responsive bidders. NOTE: THIS ACQUISTION WILL NOT BE REPOSTED IF SET-ASIDE IS DISSOLVED FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
