- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and following the simplified acquisition procedures in FAR part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 6TSA-06-JWS-002 is being issued as a request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-09. This procurement is to provide upgrade and migration of Lotus Domino, Quickplace and Sametime Servers for GSA at the Bannister Federal Complex at 1500 E. Bannister Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64131. All interested parties shall request a copy of the performance statement of work from Jerry Shead at jerry.shead@gsa.gov. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation shall be based technical knowledge and capabilities, past performance, and price. Award will be firm fixed price based on the lowest price, technically acceptable proposal. Offerors must have completed the Business Partner Network information required in Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) to comply with FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
