- This notice of intent is to advise industry that the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Charleston has a requirement to increase the quantity of generators and ancillary equipment by modifying contract N65236-06-D-5184 with Superior Communication Solutions, Inc. The additional quantities of items are 8 each Tactical Quiet Generator systems in accordance with the attached specifications, to include one day of Original Equipment Manufacturer training at the customer???s facility and a twelve (12) month limited warranty, all certifications, operating instructions, mounting instructions, test procedures, test reports, final factory acceptance testing, manuals and warranty, 4 sync boxes, 8 cables for the sync boxes and a technician for an estimated 128 hours during the period of performance to provide on-site maintenance within a 72 hour response time. All equipment shall meet the Specification/Standard listed or the commercial equivalent. Delivery is FOB Destination with a required delivery of 60 days after the issuance of an individual Delivery Order during the contract period of performance. The contract is a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract. Any contractor that feels they can satisfy this requirement must indicate their ability to comply with the required delivery schedule and shall submit documentation that substantiates that the equipment they are proposing meets the specifications set forth to include product literature as applicable. The contractor shall provide the organizations name, a point of contact and phone number for three (3) current contracts (within the last 2 years) with a relevant cost of $200,000.00, where the delivery schedules were met.
