- Synopsis: This is a competitive acquisition. This acquisition is a requirements contract for the basic year and two options. The acquisition is for the purchase of the Test Adapter Set(NSN 4920-01-190-4823p/n: FR216D0100-1. Option Year 1 Qty. 2Ea.,Option Year 2: Qty. 2Ea. The required delivery schedule is NOV 06. The approximate solicitation date will be 15 days after the publication of this notice. The approximate response date will be 30 days following the posting of this solicitation in the CBD. All potential offerors should contact the buyer identified above for additional information and to communicate concerns, if any concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
