- Description
- The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Aonix North America Inc. 5930 cornerstone Court West #250 San Diego, CA 92121 to provide Object Ada Windows Maintenance and software support on 25 licenses for a period of one year from 30 June 2006 through 20 June 2007. However, all quotes received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Quotes may be faxed to (315)330-2555. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely with in the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code is 561990. This procurement shall be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
