- Synopsis ? Repair Existing/Install New Backflow Prevention Devices This project consists of repairing existing and installing new backflow prevention devices basewide on Dyess AFB, TX in accordance with the scope of work. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated for this acquisition. This procurement will be HUBZone set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237110 with a small business size standard of $31,000,000 gross annual income or less. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 23 June 2006 on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.bpn.gov. The cut off for receipt of offers shall be no later than 2:00 PM (CST) on 30 June 2006.
