- Description
- The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) has a requirement for a contractor to provide services to provide services to improve methods of care delivery within VAPHS. The contractor will review information provided by the VA, but not limited to, CARES data, population demographics, penetration rates, productivity measures, strategic and operational plan etc. The contractor will develop preliminary framework for a revised five-year construction plan. The five-year construction plan shall include station level, NRM and Minor projects. Projects shall include cost estimates for design and construction. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, the North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 541330 and the small business size standard is $4.5 million. The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed price contract to the offeror whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation requirements, provides the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be made available on or about June 23, 2006, and the date for receipt of proposals is July 14, 2006 by 2:00 PM. Hard copy and electronic versions of the solicitation will be available on June 23, 2006. Offerors should contact va.bos.admin@mail.va.gov regarding any problems downloading the solicitation from the website. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at the URL addresses. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
