- This is a 100% small business set-aside. The contractor is to provide material handling equipment training for all of DSCR and its tenant activities that are required to have the training. Contractor is to prepare a detailed training plan with course layout for initial and refresher training. All training is to be in compliance with all applicable OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178 and operations policies guidance and standards. All work is to be done at the Defense Supply Center Richmond, Richmond, VA.A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home on or about the issue date cited in the RFQ. From the Gateway homepage, select Search RFQs from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to download. RFQs are in portable document format (PDF).
