- Title: Notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order FISC Norfolk intends to award a sole source purchase order to H3 Solutions, 11311 Estates View LN, Manassas, VA 20112 to provide technical support to design and develop a system to combine Maritime Headquarters (MHQ) with Maritime Operations Center (MOC) to support all Numbered Fleets and World Wide Navy Component Commanders (WNCCs) to co-evolve. This purchase will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-5 (see also FAR 19.1406). North American Classification system code (NAICS) 611430 applies. Anticipated award date is 01 July 06 for a period of performance of eighteen months. See Note 22.
