- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE:Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools, and labor required to provide plans for instalkling a 250-300KW of rated Wind Power at Tin City LRRS, Alaska, with an option CLIN for construction in the following fiscal year in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to the twp phases. Phase I(Base Item)is to provide detailed plan for installing the 250-300KW of rated Wind Power at Tin City LRRS. Phase II (Option Item) is for construction of the system to work with current generators and power conditioning equipment. Magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00. The basic performance period for final design for Phase I is 30 September 2006 and 31 October 2007 for Phase II construction completion if option is exercised. Solicitation will be available on or about 30 June 2006 with a closing date of 8 August 2006. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation portion and any admenments will be available at www.fbo.gov.. Specifications and drawings will be available when solicitation is posted. This project is is open to both large and small businesses and under the Small Business Demonstration Program. A sub-contracting plan shall be required for large businesses NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-JUN-2006).
