- Provide all materials (excluding Government Furnished Material), labor, equipment and transportation required to accomplish the Aid-To-Navigation (ATON) work for the following locations: (1) Case Shoal DBN ? LLNR 17775; (2) Case Shoal LT 6 ? LLNR 17780; (3) Dosewallips Flats LT 17 ? LLNR 17870; (4) Hazel PT LT ? LLNR 17840; (5) Hood Canal LT 8 ? LLNR 17800; (6) Hood Canal LT 10 ? LLNR 17820; (7) Hood Canal LT 15; (8) Port Townsend Canal LT 6 ? LLNR 17585; (9) Port Townsend Canal DBN 3 ? LLNR 17570; (10) Quilcene Bay LT 2 ? LLNR 17895; (11) Tabook Pt LT 18 ? LLNR 17900; and (12) Tskutsko Pt LT ? LLNR 17865. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $250,000 to $500,000 (CONSTRUCTION BIDS ONLY). Performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to Small Businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 237990. Small Business size standard is $28.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. For security reasons all Coast Guard Drawings are available through the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) which will have a separate link on the FedBizOpps webpage identified as Technical Data Package. Offerors will need to register with FedTeDS and receive a user name and password to be able to download Coast Guard Drawings. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's) The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), offers working capital financing and bonding assistance for transportation related contracts. DHS's Bonding Assistance Program (BAP) offers bid, performance and payment bonds on contracts up to $1,000,000.
