- This synopsis shall serve as the EOP, Office of Administration?s notice of intent to issue orders to Haver Analytics for subscriptions to various databases and in support of multiple EOP components. The period of performance is October 1, 2006, through September 30, 2007. Haver Analytics is considered to be a sole source, since the data is proprietary and copyrighted to Haver Analytics. A solicitation does not exist and responses are not anticipated. See Note 22.
