- This synopsis shall serve as the EOP, Office of Administration?s notice of intent to issue multiple orders for an Enterprise Subscription Agreement to the National Journal in support of various EOP components. The period of performance is October 3, 2006, through October 2, 2007. National Journal is considered to be a sole source since the products are proprietary and copyrighted to The National Journal. A solicitation does not exist and responses to this notice are not anticipated. See Note 22.
