- PSNS & IMF has a requirement for multiple marine decking projects for vessels located at Port of Bremerton (Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS), Bremerton Naval Complex (BNC), Port of Everett, Naval Station Everett, and Port of Seattle. All work will be performed at these locations. Individuals may be required to obtain a security clearance in order to work on this contract. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336611. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. This procurement is total set aside for small business. The small business size standard is 1,000. Award will be made to the offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements as specified in Section M of the solicitation. Past performance will be evaluated, as well as price. More than three firms may be selected depending on the qualifications of participating offerors. A Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be established with the selected firms and these firms will be eligible to compete with the other selected firms for delivery orders within the scope of the contract. Competition on individual delivery orders under the IDIQ may be on the basis of price only, best value, or past performance on other Delivery Orders. The estimated duration of this Multiple Award IDIQ is five years with an estimated value of $5M over the five-year duration, with a base period and four option years. Each MAC IDIQ contract will have a minimum guaranteed value of $10,000.00 for the Base Year only. The anticipated solicitation issue date is on or about 10 JULY 2006. Past Performance Proposals will be requested and anticipated due date is 25 JULY 2006. CDs with the notional specification packages, and drawings will be available upon request, on the anticipated solicitation issue date of 10 JULY 2006. It is anticipated that the price proposal due date and solicitation closing will be on or about 08 AUGUST 2006.
