- THIS SOLICITATION N00421-06-T-0198 IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS MINORITY OWNED IN LIEU OF SERVICE-DISABLED VERERAN-OWNED AS PREVIOUSLY STATED. Solicitation N00421-06-T-0198 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small business, minority owned. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a full and open competitive basis (MFG MUST BE BRAND NAME ONLY - PIONEER) to purchase CLIN 0001 Quantity 30 ea P/N AVIC-N2 Pioneer AVIC-N2 IN-DASH DVD MULTIMEDIA AV NAVIGATION RECEIVER is under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Award is expected 10 Jul 2006. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by 03 Jul 2006 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
