- The Bureau of Land Management, New Mexico State Office, Branch of Acquisition Support intends to negotiate a sole-source award to the Pueblo of Cochiti, a not-for-profit entity, for the monitoring and maintenance of the Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument. By the guidelines prescribed under FAR Part 6.302-1, this contracting office believes that the Pueblo of Cochiti is the only one responsible source and that no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements at this time. A cooperative management agreement signed by the Pueblo and the Bureau of Land Management - New Mexico in 1997 and then in 2002 further supports this contract award for the subject services. The anticipated total award value is NTE $100,000. PSC is F008. NAICS is 541990.
