- For Questions - please call Daniel Foyil - 918-669-7045 The description is corrected as follows: This is a two-phase design build project which consists of the design and construction of a single building that houses multiple instructional classrooms, simulators, office space, vehicle repair space, and laboratories, along with related sitework, utilit ies, supporting infrastructure, covered hardstand, and personnel & organizational vehicle parking. Work to meet current building codes and safety requirements. Comply with minimum force protection construction standards and sustainable design standards. T he estimated cost range of this project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. For security reasons, this solicitation will be distributed using the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) system. FedTeDS is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. Interested bidders must register with FedTeDS before accessing the system. Registration instructions can be found on the FedTeDS website (https://www.fedteds.gov) by clicking on the Regist er with FedTeDS hyperlink.
