- Road Realignments & Infrastructure*** Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Best-Value, Design-Build NAICS CODE 238990***** On or about 06 July 2006, this office will issue a Request for Proposal for a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Design/Build. This solicitation is restricted 100% to Service Disabled Veterans-Owned Small Business participation. A pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled 13 JULY 2006 (10:00 AM) at BLDG 307, Ft. Carson, CO. Contractors should allow 15 minutes to process through the entrance gates (Gates 1,4,& 20) please do not use GATE 2. Please have your drivers license, registration, and proof of insurances available. You may register with the POC listed above. You do not have to call the POC to give your gate information. Foreign National contractors must have a curr ent passport and will be escorted by Department of Defense personnel.
