This solicitation is restricted 1 00% to 8A participation only. A pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled 13 JULY 2006 (10:00 AM) at the BLDG 307, Ft. Carson, CO. Contractors should allow 15 minutes to process through the entrance gates (Gates 1,4,& 20) please do not use GATE 2. Please have your drivers license, registration, and proof of insuranc es available. You may register with the POC listed above. You do not have to call the POC to give your gate information.
