- On or about 10 July 2006, the Government intends to issue a Competitive Solicitation, W15P7T-06-R-S648, on the basis of Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable. Closing will be 9 August 2006. This solicitation is to procure four versions of the AN/VVS -2(V), Drivers Night Vision Viewer : AN/VVS-2(V)1A, NSN: 5855-01-096-0871; AN/VVS-2(V)2A, NSN: 5855-01-096-0872; AN/VVS-2(V)3, NSN: 5855-01-105-7793; and AN/VVS-2(V)4, NSN: 5855-01-235-5489. This solicitation will be a competitive five-year, Firm-Fi xed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) effort for a minimum of $1,000,000. First Article Testing is required, but may be waived. Delivery will be 40 units a month. Drawings will be mailed upon request. ISO 9000 inspection system or its equivalent required. See Note 26. The forecasted solicitation issuance date of the Request For Proposals is 15 days after this posting. The solicitation number is W15P7T-06-R-S648.
