Noun: Shroud Sector, Turbine, PRON: AX6T1059AX, NSN: 2840-01-184-7502, PN: 6038T35G02, Quantity: 50 each applicable to the T-700 Turbine Engine. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 25, 303 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 25 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 190 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 25 each, 202 DACA and 25 e ach per month thereafter until contract completion. This is a Small Business Set-Aside that is limited to those small businesses, which are approved. This item is restricted to the approved small businesses Electro-Methods Inc, Cage Code 33617, Kerns Mfg Corp, Cage Code 93596, Metro Machine Works Inc, Cage Code 50554, and Ferrotherm Corp, Cage Code 01993 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique desi gn capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recog nize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under S tandard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release f or solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored .
