- The Department of the Army intends to solicit proposals for a firm-fixed price contract to provide and install a new, full color, message/image, two-view (2 sided), outdoor Reader Board. This project will also consist of relocating an existing reade r board. The work will include, but not be limited to: furnish all plant, labor, materials, and equipment to perform all work required to Relocate and Install Reader Boards at Hunter Army Airfield, GA. This procurement is 100% set-aside for certified HU B-Zone small businesses. Offerors must be certified with the Small Business Administration as a HUB-Zone small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990, and the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 17 99. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The estimate for issuance of the solicitation is on or about 6 July, 2006.
