- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1M2M46151A100 is being issued as a Request for Quote(RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 313320 with a 1000 employees size standard. Contractors shall submit a unit price and a total price for each item included in this acquisition and show an extended price for all items. Line item pricing shall include shipping charges.
