Description

Provide GE Proficy Cimplicity HMI & PLC Auditing Software Package. Shall include a software package with base wide license to provide auditing of GE FANUC 90-70 and 90-30 PLC implementations based on the GE FANUC Cimplicity Control (CC90) and shall provide an enhanced version of the GE Proficy HMI/SCADA s/w package to meet the AEDC requirements for auditing Cimplicity HMI Plant Edition applications. Maintenance will be included for one year to run from final acceptance. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Arnold Engineering Development Center, Arnold AFB TN 37389-8000. Solicitation will be released on or about 22 June 2006, with a response date of 7 July 2006 at 2PM Central Standard Time. Solicitation package and brand name justification is attached. NOTE: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System in order to be eligible for an award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet. Registration may take up to three weeks to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. You shall provide a signed copy of the SF 1449 by the proposal closing date and time specified in the solicitation. There will not be a public bid opening.
