- This is a Sources Sought Synopsis. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. In the event a solicitation is developed, it will be assigned a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) number and the announcement will be published on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO. This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of a market survey being conducted by Minot AFB to determine potential sources capable of providing monthly maintenance and repair to the following elevator systems. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought Synopsis. .
