- The VA Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD requires contractor(s) to provide Chronic Dialysis Services to eligible beneficiaries of this facility in accordance with the statement of work. Contractor to provide hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis services and ancillary services on an as needed bases. These services are required for veteran patients at Sioux Falls and other locations (e.g. SD-Watertown, Mitchell, Aberdeen; IA-Spencer/Spirit Lake and Sioux City). This is a firm fixed price contract and acquisition is unrestricted. The Government may award multiple contracts. NAICS 621492-$31.5mil. Solicitation will be available on the web o/a 6/26/2006.
