- Description
- The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141, will seek other than full and open competition after exclusion of sources for the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. This contract shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15, 19, and 36. There may be multiple awards. This contract shall be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. This contract shall include construction services for general renovation projects including all labor, management, material, supplies, and equipment and bonding necessary to complete renovations at the following locations: Department of Veteran Affairs ? Brecksville Medical Center 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141 and the Department of Veteran Affairs ? Wade Park Medical Center, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106. This IDIQ shall be base year with four (4) one (1) year option periods. The period of performance shall be on a task order basis which will vary depending on the nature of the work to be performed. The guaranteed minimum value is $2,000.00 for the entire contract period (including option years). The maximum contract value shall not be greater than $4,900,000.00 for the entire contract period (including option years). The per year maximum task order limit is $3,000,000.00. Performance and payment bonds shall be required for all task order exceeding $25,000.00. This notice is not a request for competitive offers.
