- Management & Training Corporation is soliciting cost proposals from qualified Driver's Education services professionals to provide subcontracted services to students (16-24 yrs old) at the Wilmington Job Corps Center. Cost proposals are being accepted for RFQ# WJCC-DRIVE-2006. This subcontract will be awarded for the base term period covering November 1, 2006 through June 30, 2008 with three one-year prepriced option years. Services will be performed on site at the Wilmington Job Corps Center and in surrounding areas (on-road); please see the Scope of Work (contained in the RFQ) for specific duties and locations. Job Corps is a national training and employment program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor.
