- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), anticipates awarding a sole source contact with Platts, 2 Penn Plaza, New York NY 10121. Under the proposed contract, Platts will provide 6 software licenses, associated technical and user support, and limited analysis support for its 60-layer strategic energy infrastructure mapping software, PowerMap. The contract will be for one year. This synopsis is for information purposes only. See Note 22. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the FEMA requirement as stated herein may submit their software capability information, which if received by the response date of this announcement, may be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No collect calls will be accepted. Interested parties are invited to submit a statement of software capability to include company name, product name, address, and point of contact, telephone number, e-mail address, and facsimile number.
