- The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service (DHHS), Indian Health Service (HIS) is seeking through a solicitation Radiologist(s) for our facility located in Phoenix, Arizona. A solicitation package shall be available Tuesday, June 27th, 2006. The requirement is for Radiologist services. The solicitation shall be open for offers for a period of six (6) months. During the solicitation period the government will announce deadlines for submission of offers, the first deadline shall be Wednesday, July 26, 2006. Offers shall be accepted after this date however shall not be reviewed and/or evaluated until government announces deadline. The government may select deadline seven (7) day prior to selected deadline; notification shall be by amendment to solicitation. The government forecasts multiple awards, however shall reserve the right to limit the number of proposals in the competitive range to the greatest number that will permit an efficient competition among the most highly rated proposals. The government reserves the right to have or not have discussion. Evaluation is based on overall best value.
