- The National Hansen?s Disease Programs (NHDP) intends to issue a contract for nursing services as follows: All labor, supervision and management to provide nursing services at the following locations: (1) National Hansen?s Disease Programs (NHDP) Ward (Long Term Care facility) in Baton Rouge LA, night shift, 365 days per year including holidays and (2) NHDP Independent/Assisted Living Facility at Carville LA, 24 hrs day/7 days week/365 days year, including holidays. The anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007 with 2 one-year options. This is a 100% small business set-aside, restricted to small businesses eligible to receive award. The RFP will be posted at the Government website at www.fbo.gov under HHS, Health Resources and Services Administration, BPHC/National Hansen's Disease Programs, Posted Dates on June 22, 2006. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the site for amendments to the solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621399. Solicitation will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be approximately thirty (30) days after issuance/posting of the RFP.
