- Dept of Energy, Western Area Power Administration, Sierra-Nevada Regional (SNR) Office requires a self rescue system utilized on high voltage towers that cross rivers. The brand of equipment required is being sole source for this effort under FAR Part 6.302-1. Any interested dealers or wholesalers are invited to respond to this RFQ.
