- This hereby amends Solicitation Number SB1341-06-Q-0453 to change the requirement as follows: Line Item 0001: 1 Each Potentiostat/Galvanostat/Impedance Analyzer Technical Requirements: Minimum 2 Amp maximum current Minimum 30V compliance voltage Frequency response analyzer  Must operate between 10 Hz ? 300 kHz  Stray capacitance < 2pF  Fourier transform technique must be supported Software must be included with CV, VA and chrono techniques and FRA-impedance USB computer interface Low current amplifier  Minimum current resolution <1 fA Fast AD conversion sampling rates greater than 500 kHz True Analog potential sweep All other terms and conditions remain the same.
