- Work includes Clearing and Grubbing, Excavation, Drainage, Tread Stabilization, Seeding and Construction of Structures. Total length is 9.7 miles. Equipment shall be limited to trail type equipment, capable of operating on a 24" wide tread. Project is within the permit boundary for the Telluride Ski Area. Portions of the trail lie within a spring Elk Calving Closure area, and may not be accessed until after 7/1 yearly. Access may be limited by ski area operations. Project is outside of designated wilderness.
