- PR NO: 0012134142. This solicitation is for a Firmed Fixed quantity contract with a 100% quantity option. Origin Inspection required. RFID is required. First Article Test Required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The NSN is as follows 6105-01-379-7775, 110 days delivery. A subcontracting plan is not required. FOB Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
