- Notice of Pre-Proposal Conference: The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) will host the DLA Pre-Proposal Conference for the privatization of packaged petroleum, oil, lubricants and compressed gases. The conference will be held in the Community Recreation Center, at DSCR, on Monday, July 17th, and Tuesday, July 18th. The conference for the Chemicals/POLs will be held on Monday, July 17th. The Gases/Cylinders conference will be held on Tuesday, July 18th. If you plan on attending either or both of the conferences, please RSVP by Wednesday, July 12, 2006, 2:00 PM EST, by calling the RSVP Hotline at 804-279-6262. In addition to specifying which conference day(s) you plan to attend, you will be prompted to provide your company name, CAGE code, primary POC, telephone number, and number of attendees.
