- The proposed procurement is for NSN 4810-01-392-2935, VALVE, SOLENOID, source controlled drawing, approved source Cage 98939, Aerocontrolex Group P/N AA2240-02 made I/AW Lockheed Martin, Cage 98897, DWG 4H90502-105A. Contract type is firm-fixed price for a quantity of 114 each. Items are to be shipped to DLA Stock Location, Tracy, CA. Requested delivery is 80 days, FOB Destination. The drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 50% option for increased quantities, and quantity price breaks 1 each to 230 each. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Numbered notes 9, and 26 are applicable. NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Partner Network.
