- The Broadcasting Board of Governors/International Broadcasting Bureau (BBG/IBB), Office of Contracts, Simplified Acquisitions Branch (M/CON/SA) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Purchase Order (Contract) on a sole source basis with VizuAll, Inc. 2719 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, FL, 33020 for ScheduAll Annual Software Maintenance Support of the Voice of America (VOA) Radio and TV Traffic. The NAICS code is 541511. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition that is applicable to this procurement is FAR Subpart 6.302-1 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1), Only one source and no other supplies or services would satisfy the Agency requirement. VizuAll, Inc. is the manufacturer, sole proprietor and only known support provider of the ScheduAll software that supports VOA?s Radio and TV Traffic. This Notice of intent is not a request for competitive price quotations or proposals. Interested firms or persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Government must receive all such statements of interest by close of business 5PM EST, Wednesday, July 10, 2006 to be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order (contract) based upon responses to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information received from interested firms/persons responding to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any question regarding this Notice shall be in writing and submitted by close of business 5PM EST, Friday, June 30, 2006 to the Purchasing Agent, Theresa Green via facsimile at (202) 205-1921 or E-mail at tgreen@ibb.gov.
