- Closing date is extended to 07/10/2006. Amendment to previous solicitation notice is attached. Please note, revised IPD for Item #4 5180-01-046-4980. GSA, FSS, Heartland Global Supply intends to establish through Negotiation a Stock, Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite quantity requirements type contract containing four (4) NSN's. Solicitation 6FES-K1-050302-N is issued on 06/02/06 for FSC 5180, Electrical Tool Kits. The period of this contract will be for two years with 3 one-year options with an economic price adjustment, beginning on 09/01/2006 or date of award, through 08/31/2008. Item #1 is set-aside for small business concerns. Items 2-4 are being solicited unrestricted. See Item Purchase Descriptions/Schedule of Items for Individual NSN requirements and components. Delivery will be FOB Destination. Offerors will have the opportunity to indicate their best delivery time in the solicitation. Proposals will be evaluated based upon the following factors: Past Performance, delivery, and price. Past performance and delivery when combined are significantly more important than price.
