Description

The United States Department of the Interior, Buureau of Indian Affairs, Eastern Oklahoma Region, is requires a firm fixed-price construction for Repairs and Renovation of a Category "B" House with handicapped accessible, furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and incidentials necessary in accordance with the plans, specifications and drawings under the Bureau of Indian Affairs Housing Improvement Progarm Guidelines. This is a full and open competition acquisition and is set-aside for small business. Bid opening date will be August 08, 2006, at 10:30 AM, CDST, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Eastern Oklahoma Regional Office, 3100 W.Peak Boulevard, Muskogee, Oklahoma. Period of performance will be 60 calendar days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Any questions regarding this work and location of project may be directed to Mike Johnson, Regional Housing Officer, at (918) 781-4664. Bid Solicitiation package will be available for pick up on or after July 05, 2006. Interested bidders are requested to submit a written request to obtain the solicitation package either by mail or by Facsimile, Fax No. 918 781-4621. Telephone requests to obtain the solicitation package will not be accepted. Contract award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All responsive bids from responsible bidders will be considered. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive awards from the Federal Government.
