Description

The United States Department of the Interior, Buureau of Indian Affairs, Eastern Oklahoma Region, requires a firm fixed-price construction contract for Construction of one 3 bedroom house, Category C. This is a full and open competition acquisition and is set-aside for small business. The work under this project consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and incidentials necessary to build and construct one three bedroom house, handicapped accessible, in accordance with the plans, specifications and drawings of a Category "C" Home, under the Bureau of Indian Affairs Housing Improvement Progarm Guidelines. Bid opening date will be August 08, 2006, at 10:00 AM, local time, at the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Eastern Oklahoma Regional Office, 3100 W.Peak Boulevard, Muskogee, Oklahoma. Period of performance will be 120 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Any questions regarding this work and location of project may be directed to Mike Johnson, Regional Housing Officer, at (918) 781-4664. Bid solicitation package will be available for pick up on or after July 05, 2006. Interested bidders are requested to submit a written request to obtain the solicitation package either by mail or by facsimile, Fax No. 918 781-4621. Telephone requests to obtain the solicitation package will not be accepted. Contract award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All responsive bids from responsible bidders will be considered. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCF) in order to receive awards from the Federal Government.
