Description

USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the development of a design concept study for Rock Island Arsenal projects. The completion date will be no later than 31 August 2006. This is a sole-source follow-on project to prio r work with Ventilation/Energy Applications, PLLC and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition procedures. Request for W9132T-06-T-0104 will be issued on or about 5 July 2006 with a closing date of 14 July 2006.
