- The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and constructing one Pavilion building, and if awarded under the Option Line Item of the contract, one sleeping shelter, at DeGray Lake, in Hot Springs, County, Arkansas. Pri ncipal features of work include constructing the complete and operational buildings, concrete work, mechanical work, electrical work, and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Plans a nd Specifications will be available on the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FEDTEDS) Web Page at http://www.fedteds.gov/. Compact discs and hardcopies will not be available.
