Description

The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, and materials to Overhaul the Circuit Card Assembly, OH-58D. The furnished parts shall be either manufacturers original equipment or from an approved, qualified and/or engineering test vendor. No surplus parts shall be used. The Input NSN/P/N: 5998-01-414-2758 8520668-902 5998-01-414-2761 8515287-904 The Output NSN/P/N: Output NSN/P/N: 5998-01-414-2758 8520668-902 5998-01-414-2761 8515287-904 The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with: Quantity: 5998-01-414-2758 Min: 5 Maximum: 100(The maximum includes a 20% Foreign Military Sales quantity) 5998-01-414-2761 Min: 1 Maximum: 120(The maximum includes a 20% Foreign Military Sales quantity) Product Verification Audit is not required for this item. The maintenance and overhaul shall be in accordance with the manufacturers blueprints/production drawings and specifications. Authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1, Only One Respo nsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This item is a critical to safe operation of the aircraft. The only known source is Honeywell Corporation, Inc., (CAGE 5Y043). This item cannot be met by commercial item s, commercial items with customary or minor modifications, or nondevelopment items. All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. ATTN: FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO ROBERT P. ALDRIDGE. There will be no telephone or email Requests for Proposals accepted. Request for solicitation will be by data fax to (256) 313-8194 or mailed to, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-AL-M, Robert P. Aldridge, Contract Specialist. This requirement is currently unfun ded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing dat e stated above.
