This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F2H3A26118A100. This procurement is being issued as a Firm Fixed Price, 100% small business set-aside in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336212 and the size standard of 500 employees applies to this procurement. The requirement/item description is as follows: 700 GALLON HIGH VELOCITY HYDRO JETTER, GARDEN HOSE REEL, SIDE PANELS, E STOP ASSEMBLY, PINTLE HITCH, CSL# AD159D, P/N 7030-SC, MFR - O'BRIEN OR EQUAL. FOB: Destination for delivery to DEFENSE DISTRIBUTION DEPOT ? SAN JOAQUIN WAREHOUSE. 30, CCP 25600 SOUTH CHRISMAN ROAD TRACY, CA. 95376. Please include the proposed delivery time. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation will be based on total best value to the Government. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. 52.219-6, Notice of Small Business Set Aside is applicable. The clause at DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
