- The 950th ELSG/KIS program office is located at Lackland AFB, TX (a branch of the 950th Electronic Systems Group at Electronic Systems Center (ESC), Hanscom AFB, MA). IWPC is a software-intensive system that provides an automated set of tools for the information operations planning community to effectively integrate operations capabilities into the overall targeting and weaponeering efforts of the Air and Space Operations Center (AOC). This acquisition is for the sustainment of the Information Warfare Planning Capability (IWPC). This will include performing installations, conducting and maintaining IWPC training, providing customer help desk support and performing minimal software maintenance beginning in FY 07 and extending through FY 10.
