- NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA). The Cryptologic Systems Group (CPSG) intends to award on a sole source basis a 5-year Fixed Price Repair Requirements Contract for the maintenance support of the AN/ARC-210 Receiver/Transmitter System to the OEM, (CAGE: 13499) Rockwell Collins, Inc., GSD, 400 Collins Rd NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498-0001. This requirement was previously announced in a Sources Sought Synopsis in the FedBizOps on 3 Jan 06. This proposed acquisition will include the following Cryptographic COMSEC item: Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ): 40 each annually; Noun: Radio Receiver/Transmitter, NSN: 5821-01-476-3650CA, P/N: 822-0878-002; Required Delivery: 30 days after receipt of assets. The proposed contract action is for supplies/servies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by August 2006. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within fifteen (15) days of this publication. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. See Note 22.
