Description
(i) This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items number F2QT326156A100 issued on June 19, 2006 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation will be issued on the World Wide Web and can be found at the following web site: http://www.eps.gov/. (ii) Solicitation F2QT326156A100 is issued as a Request for Quote using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for certain commercial items found at FAR Part 13.5. (iii) The solicitation document and FAR incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-09 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, Defense Change Notice (DCN) 20060519. Special Provisions; and the Representations, Certifications and Other Statements of Offerors or Quoters are included with this solicitation as an attachment. (iv) This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(b). The NAICS code is 334515 and the small business size standard is 500 employees (v) The 1st Contracting Squadron has a requirement for a RF Spectrum Analyzer for JTIDS/MIDS. The requirment for the RF Spectrum Analyzer will be: N1996a ?C Agilent CSA Spectrum Analyzer; Qty 1; N1996A-P03 ?C Preamplifier, 3GHZ, Qty 1; N1996A-TG3 ?C Tracking Generator, 3GHZ, Qty 1; N1996A-271 ?C Spectrogram Measurment, Qty 1; N8995A-1FP ?C Stimulus Response Measurement Suite, Qty 1; N1996A-BAT ?C Battery Pack, Qty 1; N1996A-SRK ?C Stimulus Response Calibration Kit, Qty 1; N1996A-ABA ?C English Printed Measurement Guide, Qty 1; Place of delivery for acceptance and FOB point will Bldg 25 37 Elm St Loading Dock A, Langley AFB, VA 23665.
