- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required for the replacement of the electrical substation at the Philadelphia Nursing Home Care Unit, bldg. #30 main electrical room. The NHCU is currently housing 240 critical care patients on a continuous basis. All work shall be phased and performed without any interruption of the day to day operations of the facility. A significant amount of the work must be performed after normal working hours and during the weekend, their will be no exceptions. All work shall be done in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings provided, the NAICS code for this procurement is 235310, and the completion time for this project is 180 calendar days. This procurement is totally set-aside for Small Business Only; the Government's estimate is between $500,000 - $1,000,000. The tentative issue date for solicitation packages will be 6/30/2006, they will be issued on a first come basis only. This procurement is based on Availability of funding.
