- Question - We are a company with lots of personal experience with previous companies doing this type of work; however, as a company we not have the experience. (The people here have worked together for many years and decided to form this company.) Would you accept our experience with the companies prior to this? Answer - Past performance refers to the company's experience. In the case of no company experience past performance would be rated neutral as stated in the SIR. However, if during evaluation the resumes of individual staff are found to have exceptional relevant experience it will be considered a strength under the Management and Staffing Approach factor.
